Andalucia del Mar is an apartment complex in Puerto Banus, perfectly located on the Spanish Costa del Sol between Malaga and Gibraltar, where Fastighets AB Andalucia del Mar (FAM) owns and manages 28 apartments in limited company form with a Swedish board. The standard is very high and the apartments are directly adjacent to the beach and the Mediterranean. Within a few minutes walking distance there are restaurants and shops and a little further away, markets and golf courses. On site we have a service office and our staff do their utmost to ensure that all owners and guests have a fantastic stay.

New traffic regulations in Spain starting October 1, 2026
Stricter requirements for overtaking cyclists: Drivers must change lanes on roads with multiple lanes. Speed must be reduced by at least 20 km/h below the posted limit before overtaking.
Examples of fines for violations
Violations of the new rules are classified as serious offenses. If the fine is paid within 20 days, the amount is reduced by 50 percent.
Using headphones or a mobile phone while driving/riding (cars and e-scooters): 200 euros
Improper overtaking of a cyclist or driving without a seatbelt: 200 euros
Drunk driving (also applies to e-scooters): 500 – 1,000 euros
